ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Nathan Petruta, and I’m passionate about empowering diabetics to take control of their health and achieve peak performance in life.

My Story

My journey began when I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at the age of 18. Growing up, I struggled with my weight and self-confidence, transitioning from an insecure, chubby kid to a lanky high-schooler who felt lost and overwhelmed by my health. But my diabetes diagnosis was a turning point; it became the catalyst for transforming my life.

I decided to take charge, studying Kinesiology and dedicating myself to optimizing diabetes management, fitness, and overall health. I went from feeling out of control to becoming a fit, multi-disciplinary athlete. Along the way, I’ve learned what it takes to manage blood sugar effectively, optimize physical performance, and create sustainable habits that lead to long-term success.

My Mission

Now, I'm on a mission to help others who are walking a similar path. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to manage diabetes while trying to lead a healthy, active lifestyle. That’s why I’ve developed the

Peak Performance Diabetes Protocol: a program designed to help diabetics lower A1C, increase TIR, and achieve their health and fitness goals without feeling overwhelmed.
